The information on this website is general information about real estate, rentals, the Coastal Vista development in Belize, and Atlas Agents. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Listings, prices and availability can change without notice and should be confirmed with us before you rely on them.

2. SMS program terms

  • Program name: Atlas Agents text messages.
  • What you will receive: if you agreed to non-marketing messages, texts about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to questions you asked. If you agreed to marketing messages, texts about properties, market updates, Coastal Vista lot availability and event invitations.
  • How you join: by giving us your consent, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not required to buy anything or use our services.
  • Message frequency: varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one text confirming you have been unsubscribed and will get no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at sean@paramountcapitalholdings.com or (289) 204-2964.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, shared, rented, released or traded to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
